We found the staff very professional and courteous to deal with over email and organising our transfers was very easy. We used Taxidatum to provide transfers to and from Lima airport and Miraflores, they also took us from Cuzco airport to Ollantaytambo, back from Ollantaytambo to our Cuzco hotel and then on to the train station the day we departed for Lake Titicaca. We found the drivers very friendly and safe behind the wheel, they all spoke a good level of English and were punctual - there was always somebody waiting at the airport for us! One driver in particular, who took us from Ollantaytambo to Cuzco went out of his way to get us to our destination after striking teachers had blocked the main road! In a nutshell this is an affordable alternative to public transport or busses and is a far more convenient and comfortable.
